The Silver Triangle area of Studio City is a desirable location due to its proximity to Ventura Boulevard, Carpenter Avenue Elementary, and Fryman Canyon. The homes range from smaller 2-bedroom, 1-bath houses to larger and newer ones. Double lots have also recently been sold to developers and had homes built on them. Higher on the hills above the Silver Triangle, even larger homes have been built. The community borders Ventura Boulevard to the north, Laurel Canyon to the west, Whitsett to the east, and Laurel Terrace to the south.
